The laminated copper shunt is a flexible copper connector manufactured by joining multiple thin laminated copper sheets at both ends via pressure welding. Produced from high-conductivity, flexible electrolytic copper foils/sheets, this shunt is designed and supplied by Rosen in various configurations, including straight F-type shunts, 90° L/J-type shunts, 180° C-type shunts, and 45° V-type shunts, among others. To ensure optimal quality, our laminated shunts adopt advanced polymer diffusion welding technology and premium-grade copper materials. Subsequently, the copper foil laminates are formed through high-current heating and pressure welding. Additionally, our welded shunts can be customized to meet customer-specified dimensions and tolerances, making them widely suitable for resistance welding equipment such as spot welders and seam welders.
The flexible laminated copper busbar connector is a high-performance electrical conductor. Laminated copper foil connectors are typically used in new energy vehicles, switchgear industry, power plants, cathodic protection systems, bus ducts, transformers, vacuum circuit breakers, resistance welding projects, electric locomotives, and furnaces, etc.
